I led the PR strategy and execution for the limited edition Vault by Vans x Takashi Murakami product launch, developing the messaging and press materials for the global teams as well as securing feature and product stories about the collaboration.
The PR storytelling was strategic in its approach with multiple phases, engaging media with teaser assets, an official product unveil, an on-sale release reminder and Vans’ first press conference that hosted over 30 members of media during Men’s Fashion Week in Paris.
The Vault by Vans x Takashi Murakami collection is one of Vans’ most successful releases to date with 100+ editorial placements and 100% sell-through of the collection within the first few hours of its on-sale launch.
